The TBM-A330/A350 aircraft tow bar was developed by our company to meet the evolving needs of the civil aviation industry. Based on our own proprietary design, this new-generation tow bar features a mechanically adjustable lifting mechanism, characterized by ease of operation, rapid connection, and convenient disconnection. It stands as one of the most ideal specialized tools for towing A330 and A350 aircraft.
Operating Conditions and Scope of Application 1. Operating Conditions: Suitable for firm and level airport surfaces.
2. Towing Speed: Towing travel speed ≤ 20 km/h.
3. Capable of normal operation in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C.
Main Structure 1. Main Structure:
This equipment primarily consists of a front tow hitch, a main body, a mechanical adjustable lifting mechanism, transport wheels, a rear tow ring, and other components.
2. Head Description:
The groove located on the head is designed for connecting to the wheel axles of A330 and A350 aircraft.
Usage and Operation Operation:① Position the tow bar in front of the aircraft's nose wheel. Connect the front towing groove on the tow bar head to the aircraft's wheel axle, and engage the locking plate to prevent accidental detachment.
② Rotate the handle of the lifting mechanism to adjust the height of the main tow bar body, ensuring a secure connection between the rear towing ring and the tow tractor. Then, continue rotating the lifting mechanism to raise the tow bar's support wheels completely clear of the ground. Start the tow tractor and push the aircraft to the designated location.
③ Upon completion of use, disengage the locking plate. Rotate the lifting mechanism to lower the tow bar's support wheels back into full contact with the ground, thereby disengaging the aircraft's nose wheel axle from the tow bar head. Finally, pull the tow bar away; the operation is now complete.
